Description
Deutsch: Stirnwand eines DR-Liegewagens des Typs Y/B70 mit dem typischen hohen Dach, unter dem ursprünglich die Luftkanäle der Druckbelüftungsanlage verliefen. Bei den Y/B70 mit Luftheizung unter dem Wagenboden wäre das hohe Dach nicht mehr erforderlich, doch die Mehrzahl der Kunden wollte es für ein einheitliches Erscheinungsbild der Züge beibehalten. Nur die Wagen für die MÁV wurden mit niedrigereren Dächern ausgeführt.
Die Spanneinrichtungen für das Kuppeln mit einem Faltenbalg waren zum Aufnahmezeitpunkt im internationalen Verkehr noch gefordert. Ausgebaut wurden sie erst in den Neunzigern.
