Русский: Растровое электронное изображение зубочистки. Чтобы получить такой снимок, обычная деревянная зубочистка была сломана пополам. Данный кадр - это как раз место слома. На снимке хорошо видны ксилемы - сосуды, предназначенные для переноса питательного сока растений по древесине. Снимок дополнит следующую статью википедии: https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9A%D1%81%D0%B8%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%BC%D0%B0 English: Scanning electron microscope image of a toothpick. To obtain this image, the toothpick was broken in two parts. This picture is an image of a small part of created toothpick cross-section. Main water transport vessels of wood called xylems can be clearly seen on this picture.
