Description
Deutsch: Wuppertal, Wohnquartier Südstadt, Bahnhofstraße, Ecke Kölner Straße, die normalerweise nach rechts abbiegend erreicht wird, was auch durch das Verkehrszeichen 214 StVO keinem Verkehrsteilnehmer verwehrt wird. Dummerweise untersagt allerdings 10 Meter weiter Zeichen 250 StVO Fahrzeugen aller Art die Weiterfahrt nach rechts und eine Absperrgitterkette macht sie physisch unmöglich - mit einer Ausnahme, die über den Bürgersteig führt, was wiederum unzulässig ist.
Der Beschilderungswirrwarr müsste für aufmerksames Personal der die Baustelle einrichtenden Firmen wie Behörden offensichtlich sein und war im 20. Jahrhundert in Deutschland eher selten, im 21. Jahrhundert wird er peu à peu zum Normalfall.
