Description
English: Home Market: 1941 in Worthington, Ohio One of a series of Worthington businesses I photographed for the Worthington News in March 1941. Genial owner, Clyde Bachelor, is pictured. The Home Market prices were a little higher than the chain stores across the street, but they carried top quality products. They had a butcher who cut meat to order. And they delivered. My grandmother, who didn't drive, had all her groceries delivered.
