خط چهار حصار محله‌ای در شرق کرج است که در مسیر ورود به جاده چالوس از سمت اتوبان تهران-کرج واقع شده است. خانه‌هایی کوچک بر روی کوه. خط چهار حصار نه شهر به شمار می‌آید نه روستا چون نه قوانین شهر بر آن حاکم است نه قوانین شهرنشینی. محله‌ای که خانه‌ها ظرف ۲۴ ساعت در آن ساخته می‌شوند. خانه‌های که با باد هم فرو می‌ریزند چه برسد به زلزله، فاضلاب شهری در آن وجود ندارد. محله‌ای با گذرهای باریک و تاریک. اهالی خط ۴ حصار اغلب مهاجرانی با دست خالی هستند که سرمایه اندکشان آنها را به این محله کشانده است. خانواده‌های پرجمعیتی که در خانه‌هایی حتی کمتر از ۴۰ متر زندگی می‌کنند. اغلب دست‌فروش و کارگران روز مزد و برخی نیز خلافکار که این خلاف کاران زندگی را برای سایر اهالی سخت‌تر هم می‌کنند.برخی اهالی می‌گویند بالای ۲۰ سال در اینجا ساکن هستند ولی هیچ وقت توان مالی آنها امکان خروج از این محله را برایشان فراهم نکرده است. |
