This religion map image could be re-created using vector graphics as an SVG file. This has several advantages; see Commons:Media for cleanup for more information. If an SVG form of this image is available, please upload it and afterwards replace this template with {{vector version available|new image name}}.


It is recommended to name the SVG file “World religions GER.svg”—then the template Vector version available (or Vva) does not need the new image name parameter.

Summary[edit]

Description A map of the world, showing the major religions distributed in the world as of today. A different type of map which views only the religion as a whole excluding denominations or sects of the religions, and is colored by how the religions are distributed not by main religion of country etc.

Source self-made (using sources from Britannica ([1], [2]), Think Quest [3], Wadsworth.com[4] and many other sources similar to these in order to create the map with the right colours.)
