Summary[edit]

Description
English: Two wooden stools for latrine accessibility (Tanzania)

The two stools in this diagram which are of two different sizes have been designed and tested in Tanzania as a simple addition to a pit latrine to help improve accessibility for people with disabilities or people with limited mobility where finances are limited. The wood should be smooth and varnished so that it is cleanable.
