English: Commemorative plaque to Mr. Oszkár Winkler (1907-1984) Hungarian architect by which the Sorpon City Beautification Association recognized the highly successful construction of the new complex of buildings of the School of Art József Horváth exceptionally improving the urban landscape. It has been affixed at the entrance of the school Sept. 29, 2004. (Sopron, Szélmalom Street Nr 17)

Oszkár Winkler (1907-1984) architecte hongrois par laquelle l’Association d'Embellissement de la Ville de Sopron a reconnu la réalisation particulièrement réussie du nouveau ensemble d'immeubles de l’École d’Art Horváth József améliorant exceptionnellement le paysage urbain. Elle a été apposée à l'entrée de l’école le 29 septembre 2004. (17, rue Szélmalom, Sopron)
