| Description |
English: Wine refrigerator in a wine farm and Cognac distillerie in Cherves de Cognac, Charente, Poitou-Charentes, France. In this machine, the lees precipitate in the bottom of the vat, and the Cognac becomes clearest. Then, it is exported in north Europe, where customers prefers clear Cognac. This refrigerator was made by Serap Industries, in Mayenne, France.
Français : Machine réfrigérante dans une exploitation viticole à Cherves de Cognac, Charente, Poitou-Charentes, France. Sous l'effet du froid, la lie se dépose au fond de la cuve, rendant le Cognac plus clair. Il est ensuite exporté en Europe du nord, où les consommateurs préfèrent ce genre de Cognac. Cette machine a été fabriquée par Serap Industries, en Mayenne, France. |
