| Description |
English: Wind farm parts at the airstrip The location is Ashaig airstrip, which is very seldom used by aircraft. At present, it is being used for the storage of the large components of wind farm turbines. The parts come to nearby Kyle of Lochalsh by ship, and make their onward journey to the wind farm construction site by road. The main access to the site is from the A863 in NG3042. |
