| Description |
English: Winchelsea Beach in the Lat Evening Sun Taken from Pett Wall looking eastwards with the tide out and the sands exposed. The banks of shingle are constantly replenished from the coast on the eastern side of Dungeness otherwise the sea would remove it and eat into the sea walls that protect the low lying lands beyond it. |
