Auch wenn "das Internet" heute weit verbreitet ist und viele Zugangsbarrieren wegfallen gibt es nach wie vor Menschen, die einzelne Dienste oder das Netz insgesamt nicht nutzen. Dabei spielen nicht nur Faktoren wie Alter oder Bildung eine Rolle: Es geht auch um die ganz bewusste Entscheidung zur Nichtnutzung -- über deren Ursachen und Folgen sollten wir mehr forschen und vor allem reden.
