Summary[edit]

Description
English: Somewhere in Alaska between Fairbanks and Koyukuk. The last identified location - 20 min flight to the east of this point - was the fall of the Kantishna River into the Tanana River, File:Fall of Kantishna River into Tanana River - aerial view - P1040592.jpg; the next one, further west, was the mouth of the Koyukuk, File:Lower Koyukuk River - aerial - P1040598.JPG. The river in the photo is perhaps the Nowitna.
