Description
English: Weingarten: interior of St. Martin's Abbey. The current church was built between 1715 and 1724 in the Italian-German Baroque style. It´s the second largest church in Germany and is the largest Baroque church in Germany.
Deutsch: Innenraum der Basilika St. Martin in Weingarten. Die Basilika ist die 1724 geweihte frühere Stiftskirche der Reichsabtei Weingarten. Der Grundstein der Barockkirche wurde 1715 gelegt. Die Kirche ist mit einer Kuppelhöhe von 67 Metern und einer Länge von 102 Metern das größte barocke Kirchenbauwerk in Deutschland und nördlich der Alpen.
