Summary[edit]

Description
English: New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina:

Flood damaged home, Desire neighborhood, with a number of vehicles jammed into the yard.

(I don't know why all the vehicles are there; possibly they were parked there before the storm as the yard is somewhat higher than the surrounding streets in unsuccessful hopes to be escape flooding. Or maybe some type of work was done on the cars there.)

Note flood lines still visible especially on house and the yellow truck. That was the level of long standing water; the highest level of the flood was generally higher still.
