Description
English: PIBALs are used by Incident Meteorologists to monitor local winds aloft around a fire. Here Chris Jordan has a full PIBAL and is prepared to launch it and observe its trajectory for the next 20 minutes until it reaches a height of 10000 feet. Utah, St. George area.
