| Description |
English: East end of 100's block of E. 2nd Street in Wayne, Nebraska; seen from the south. The block is part of the Wayne Commercial Historic District, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The two one-story buildings at left make up the Mineshaft Mall. The darker of these two, on the left, 114 E. 2nd, was built ca. 1935. The redder of the two one-story buildings, 116 E. 2nd, was built ca. 1915. The two-story building at right is at 118 E. 2nd; it was built ca. 1900. All three buildings are contributing properties in the historic district. |
