| Description |
Trailhead along Crawford Road, Columbia County, within the Jakey Hollow Natural Area of Weiser State Forest. The natural area protects a 59-acre tract of old-growth hemlocks, white pines, and northern hardwoods in a deep ravine. The Ward Crawford Trail (actually a woods road) leads downhill to the core of the tract. The sign noting the natural area is nearby but not easily seen from Crawford Road. |
