Deutsch: Der Giebel eines niedersächsischen Bauernhauses symbolisiert die große Bedeutung der Landwirtschaft und die geographische Lage der Gemeinde. Die vier Gefache weisen auf die vier Orte hin, aus der die Gemeinde besteht. Der Schwan kommt auf den zahlreichen Teichanlagen häufig vor, die das Landschaftsbild der Gemeinde prägen.
