English: : Three-story, listed, neo-classicist house (1800s), reconstructed around 1840.- Váci Street, Inner City neighborhood, 5th district of Budapest. Magyar: : Háromemeletes, klasszicista ház, 1800?. 1840 körül átépítve., azonosító 636 (törzsszám 15474) A Walthier-bérház kétmeletes épülete 1820 körül épülhetett özvegy Walthierné megrendelésére, amelyhez 1834-ben (vagy 1840-ben) harmedik emelet épült Pollack Mihály tervei alapján. Itt lakott dr. Semmelweis Ignác orvos aki felesége Weidenhoffer Mária révén a Walthierek rokonának számított akárcsak Floch-Reyhersberg lovagok a szödrákosi és gödi tégla és cementlap gyárak tulajdonos igazgatói. 1804-ben Hartleben András féle könyvesbolt és könyvkiadó létesült a földszinten. 1966-ban Lászlóczky Gyuláné, majd 1971-ben Jedovszky Éva, végül 1984-ben Simon István tervei alapján végeztek átalaktásokat.
