Description
English: Norwegian police uniforms during and after World War II: Konstabel of the Statspolitiet, Norwegian police supporting the Nazi regime 1941-1945, in uniform model 1942. Police emblem on visor cap with suncross/sunwheel and eagle of Nazi party Nasjonal Samling (NS). Also uniforms of the military police of the Reservepolitiet/Polititroppene, Norwegian police troops in Sweden 1944-45, and a konstabel in British uniform with Norwegian arm band and pocket badge, in use after May 8th, 1945. Police banner in the corner, "Trondheims-pressen" (liberation edition by local and regional news papers) on the wall, etc.
