Description
Deutsch: Pilgerkreuz am Moresneter Weg im Aachener Wald, Pilger- und Jakobsweg nach Moresnet. Zum Zeichen des Dankes wurde dieses Kreuz errichtet, welches zugleich an die Schrecken des Krieges, der auch von dieser Stelle ausging, erinnern soll. Die Aachener Fußpilger August 2015; Tafelinschrift: "Zum Dank für 70 Jahre Frieden in Europa 1945 – 2015. Seit 1863 pilgern Menschen aus Aachen und Umgebung jeden Mittwoch nach Moresnet zur Muttergottes, der "Helferin der Christen", nur unterbrochen durch die beiden Weltkriege."
