Summary[edit]

Description
English: Robert Moses-style park sign along westbound Bay Parkway at the West End Beach of Jones Beach State Park. The sign is just west of the intersection with Cottage Grove Road, and tells motorists and beachgoers that a U-turn is up ahead that will offer them the opportunity to leave the West End Beach and even go to the Jones Beach Theatre in the opposite direction. Or they can go straight ahead and drive to the West End of Jones Beach Island. This U-Turn is west of a bicycle path that crosses the parkway. This image was taken on November 28, 2021, during the period when the beach was hosting the Magic of Lights Christmas Show between November 19, 2021, and January 2, 2022.
