English: A diagram of "Pineapple", a tactic used in World War 2 by Allied escort ships to defend merchant convoys from German submarine attacks. This diagram is based on a diagram in Captain Gilbert Roberts R.N. and the Anti-U-Boat School by Mark Williams, p. 97.
