English: Vršatec Castle is a castle ruin located on the parallel bars of Vršatec, above the village of Vršatské Podhradie in the White Carpathians. Located in altitude 897 meters. The castle was built in the mid-13th century to protect the road leading to Moravia.
Slovenčina: Vršatecký hrad je zrúcanina hradu nachádzajúca sa na bradle Vršatec, nad obcou Vršatské Podhradie v Bielych Karpatoch. Nachádza sa v nadmorskej výške 897 metrov. Hrad bol postavený v polovici 13. storočia na ochranu cesty vedúcej na Moravu. |
