Description
English: World War I Vivat ribbon with words Frhr. v. d. Goltz and Brussel 1914 commemorating appointment of Colmar Freiherr von der Goltz as the military governor of Belgium in 1914. Printed by Amsler & Ruthardt in Berlin for German Red Cross to raise funds for war relief. The ribbon is purple and measures 15 1/2" x 2 1/2"
