Description: Despite the original title placing this photograph at Round Top, the geological features present in the photograph are more consistent with another Gettysburg battle site, Devil's Den. The dead soldiers depicted in the photograph are actually live soldiers that posed for such photographs during the November 1863 National Cemetery dedication.
