English: Portrait of Vittorio Amadeo III of Sardinia (1726-1796)
Italiano: "Il dipinto, entro semplice cornice lignea dorata, ritrae Vittorio Amedeo II di Savoia in uniforme con corazza e manto di ermellino. Nella mano sinistra regge il bastone del comando, poggiato su un piano su cui poggia un cuscino con corona. Il sovrano indossa il collare e la placca del Supremo Ordine della SS. Annunziata. Non sono note le vicende storiche del dipinto, non riscontrato nell'inventario di Palazzo Chiablese del 1961 e privo di iscrizioni relative a collocazioni precedenti. Ritrae Vittorio Amedeo III di Savoia (1726-1796) con gli attributi regali ed è riconducibile all'ultimo quarto del XVIII secolo, dopo l'ascesa al trono del 1773, in confronto con altri dipinti e incisioni ritraenti il sovrano"
