Versuchssiedlung Schorlemerallee: Architekten Brüder Luckhardt (Hans+Wassili) und Alfons Anker

20 Einfamilienhäuser, 1 Ateliergebäude, im Stil der "Neuen Sachlichkeit" (ohne Bezug umgangssprachlich "Bauhausstil").


Bauabschnitt 1 in traditionellem Mauerwerk: zwei Baublöcke mit je sechs Reihenhäusern in doppelt gestaffelter Anordnung (Nr. 13, 13A, 15, 15A, 17, 17A sowie 19, 19A, 21, 21A, 23, 23A)


Bauabschnitt 2 in patentiertem Stahlskelett: das Atelierhaus (Nr.17B) der Architekten, ein Doppelhaus (Nr. 7/7a (die Nr.7 heute Spilstr.9, im Bild) zwei frei stehende Häuser (Nr. 9 und 11, nicht von Luckhardt vollendet).


Bauabschnitt 3 in modernem Stahlbeton:
