Description
Español: Ante la inminente ruptura del movimiento constitucionalista de Carranza con los ejércitos convencionistas de Francisco Villa y Emiliano Zapata y la toma de la Ciudad de México, Carranza decide refugiarse en el Puerto de Veracruz. A su paso por Río Blanco, en noviembre de 1914, bajó del tren para celebrar un mitin en el mismo lugar en donde fue reprimida la huelga de 1907 y convocó a los obreros a unirse a su movimiento
