Description
Slovenčina: Jedna z najvýznamnejších krasových jám na Slovensku "Veľký závrt" (hovorovo jaskyniarsky Mutyurbaňa, syn.: Pracovisko 83, G5-2) sa nachádza na Silickej planine v Slovenskom krase v nadmorskej výške 530 m n.m. Na základe nádejných geofyzikálnych meraní sa v závrte celé roky uskutočňoval/a intenzívny speleologický prieskum, resp. prolongácia. Počas jedného jaskyniarskeho týždňa, ktorý v osemdesiatych rokoch minulého storočia v rámci Slovenskej speleologickej spoločnosti organizovala rožňavská jaskyniarska skupina (Oblastná skupina SSS č. 3, Rožňava) v ňom vyše 100 ľudí odpracovalo viac ako 4000 pracovných hodín. Napriek dosiahnutej hĺbke vyše 40 m sa jaskyniarom nepodarilo dosiahnuť ani úroveň kompaktnej horniny ani predopokladané jaskynné priestory. V súčasnosti je výstuž v pripovrchových častiach značne staticky porušená.
