Español: Tejado tradicional evitaba las goteras de una forma muy simple pues faltan las que forman las hileras superiores, llamadas cobijas.
Colocando las tejas en hileras, la parte ancha hacia abajo y la siguiente la parte estrecha, de forma tal que estas quedan ajustadas unas a otras. Cuando llueve, las pocas gotas que se puedan filtrar las absorbe el barro que se pone debajo de la teja. Son varias las ventajas de construir este tipo de cubierta. (Ahorro de tejas y de peso, mas superficie de circulación del agua y la nieve se desliza mejor) "Segovia es una ciudad tan milagrosa en muchos aspectos, y el que las casas no tengan una continua lluvia de goteras debería parecerte suficiente demostración de sus milagros. |
