English: Vukićer Mirila near Ljubotič above Tribanj Kruščica at the Adriatic Highway near Starigrad in the Velebit mountain range in Croatia / Balkans / southeastern Europe.
Deutsch: Die Vukićer Mirila, der größte erhaltene Platz mit mehr als 300 Mirilo (Totengedenkstelle) am Weg vom Weiler Bristovac zur Kirche in Ljubotič im Karst oberhalb der Ortschaft Tribanj Kruščica (an der kroatischen Küstenstraße) ca. zehn Kilometer von Starigrad-Paklenica an der meerzugewandten Südseite Velebit-Gebirges in Kroatien / Balkan / Südeuropa. Mirila dienten zur vorübergehenden "Rast" der Toten auf dem Weg aus den Gebirgsdörfern zum Friedhof im Tal, von denen aus sie "die Sonne das letzte Mal sahen". |
