Description
Čeština: Karel Rameš (1911 - 1981) byl za protektorátu vězněn v pankrácké věznici v Praze; jako chodbař organizoval ilegální výměnu zpráv mezi celami i vně věznice; po válce vydal knižně svůj vězeňský deník, jako historické svědectví o životě politických vězňů v celách smrti, kde čekali na popravu gilotinou v pankrácké sekyrárně. V padesátých letech dvacátého století byl komunistickým režimem odsouzen a uvězněn za údajnou velezradu. Zemřel v zapomnění.
English: Karel Rameš (1911 - 1981) was the Protectorate imprisoned in Pankrác prison in Prague; he organized illegal exchange of messages between the prison cells and even out of prison; after the II WW, he published a book (his prison diary), as a historical witness to the life of political prisoners on death row to await execution by guillotine in Pankrac prison. In the fifties of the twentieth century, was Karel Rameš convicted by the communist regime. He was arrested and imprisoned for alleged treason. He died in obscurity.
