| Description |
Deutsch: „Uusbrüelete“ (Ausweinen) in Rheinfelden AG. Mit dieser Zeremonie am Abend des Fasnachtssonntags wird die Fasnachtszeit abgeschlossen. Die Narren geben das Zepter – das Machtsymbol ihrer temporären Regierung – wieder an die regulären Stadtoberen zurück. Die seit dem „3. Faißen“ (= regionale Bezeichnung für den Schmutzigen Donnerstag) am Obertor aufgezogen gewesene überlebensgroße Puppe der „Frau Fasnacht“ (siehe Bild hier) wird von in weiße Laken gehüllten Fasnächtlern herabgelassen, auf eine Totenkarre aufgebahrt und mit einem großen schwarzen Tuch bedeckt. In einem feierlichen Trauerzug, gefolgt von Guggenmusikgruppen und wehklagender Bevölkerung, wird „Frau Fasnacht“ anschließend im Schein von Fackeln durch die Stadt gefahren bis ans Rheinufer bei der „Fröschweid“ (Bootsanlegestelle auf Höhe des „Inseli“). Dort wird die Puppe auf ein Floß umgeladen und angezündet. Während das Floß den Rhein hinabtreibt, verbrennt „Frau Fasnacht“ – begleitet von lautem Knallen, Rauch und Feuerwerk – und verglüht zu Asche (siehe Bild hier). |
