Description
English: A U.S. Army Reserve warrant officer from the 203rd Transportation Detachment, out of Baltimore, teaches midshipmen what being a watercraft engineer in the Army Reserve is all about during a visit with the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, N.Y., Nov. 20.
