Deutsch: Unilateraler Anteriorinfarkt links mit Nachweis eines Gefäßabbruches der linken A. cerebri anterior in der Time of Flight.
English: Left anterior cerebral artery infarction. Left image: MRI DWI sequence shows hyperintensity on the infarcted area of the left frontal lobe. Middle image: MRI ADC sequence showing hypointensity on the infarcted area , confirming the presence of restricted diffusion. Right image: MR angiography using time of flight (TOF) technique to map the distribution of cerebral vessels. It shows the left anterior cerebral artery is more hypointense than right cerebral artery, confirming blockage of the left anterior cerebral artery, causing the infarction.
