| Description |
English: The underside view of the main chassis. At the bottom is the tape motor which drives both capstans and the spools. A pair of solenoids (one on the left for incoming messages, one on the right for the announcement) engage the pinch rollers with their capstans at the appropriate time.
At the top is the loudspeaker with the contacts for the operating keys around it. On the left are the 2 D-series connectors for the main PCB wiring. |
