English: U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Colin Sudds, a medic assigned to the 415th Civil Affairs Battalion, treats a man stuck under an overturned vehicle near Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Oct. 12, 2013. Eight U.S. soldiers assigned to the 415th Civil Affairs Battalion assisted in treating and extracting the local man who was trapped under the vehicle. The 415th is assigned to the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa whose mission includes stabilizing and strengthening security in East Africa through military-to-military engagements with partner nations. |
