English: U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Michael Dugan (left), of the Pacific Air Force Regional Training Center, showcases some of the different bite sleeves and canine training equipment he uses here during Exercise Balikatan 2012, April 18. Dugan trains all U.S. Air Force personnel deploying from the U.S. Pacific Command to Afghanistan at his home station at Andersen Air Force Base. The bilateral training is part of BK12, the 28th iteration of an annual exercise that increases both countries’ ability to work together effectively and is part of a relationship deeply rooted in cooperation. |
