Sam Kirby, military deputy for the Office of Naval Research's (ONR) expeditionary warfare and combating terrorism department, takes part in an improvised explosive device detector dog (IDD) 2.0 project technical demonstration during the ONR-hosted Top Dog Demo 2012.
