Description
English: NEW YORK (Sep. 7, 2011) Dr. Anthony Junior, left, education programs manager for the Office of Naval Research, moderates a panel discussion during the World Diversity Leadership Summit at the El Museo del Barrio in New York City. Panel members are George Contreras, seated left, adjunct professor at Metropolitan College of New York, Robert Ellis, managing partner at Santiago-Ellis & Associates, Monica Emerson, Navy diversity officer for Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Manpower & Reserve Affairs), and Sylvester Mendoza, corporate director of workforce diversity & EEO at Northrop Grumman Corporation. The summit was launched in 2004 and gathers senior corporate, government and nongovernmental organization officials from across the globe to focus on the complex challenges and opportunities related to global diversity management.
