English: MAYPORT, Fla. (Nov. 5, 2010) William Surcey, one of the original Tuskegee Airman who fought in World War II, receives an American flag from U.S. Congressman Ander Crenshaw on behalf of all the veterans in attendance during a ceremony honoring area veterans.
