English: PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (Jan. 20, 2010) An air crewman secures patients to the floor of an MH-60s Sea Hawk helicopter for transportation from the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) to the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20). Comfort is supporting Operation Unified Response, bringing advanced medical capabilities in the form of a fully functioning 1,000-bed hospital and one of the largest trauma facilities in the U.S. to the devastated nation of Haiti in the aftermath of a 7.0 magnitude earthquake on Jan. 12, 2010.
