Description
English: YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 29, 2008) Sailors assigned to the repair 5 hose team maintain positive control of an aqueous film forming foam hose as they make their way to the ship's fire room to combat a simulated main space fire aboard the amphibious command ship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19). Blue Ridge, commanded by Capt. Thom W. Burke, serves under Commander, Expeditionary Strike Group (ESG) 7/Task Force (CTF) 76, the Navy's only forward deployed amphibious force.
