English: ARABIAN SEA (April 10, 2007) - The Dauphin 35F from the French nuclear-powered aircraft carrier FNS Charles De Gaulle (R 91) takes off from the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) after participating in a search and rescue (SAR) exercise with the "Eightballers" of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron (HS) 8. Stennis, as part of the John C. Stennis Carrier Strike Group, is on a regularly scheduled deployment in support of Maritime Security Operations (MSO). MSO help set the conditions for security and stability, as well as aid counter-terrorism and security efforts to the regional nations.
