English: Oceana, Va. (April 3, 2006) – Naval Air Station (NAS) Oceana Commanding Officer, Capt. Patrick Lorge, far left, joined by Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Rear Adm. Rick Ruehe, cut the ribbon to officially open the new family fitness program on board NAS Oceana. The children, who helped cut the ribbon are brand new members of the program, which is held in eight-week sessions and presents the opportunity for parents and children to exercise together and learn about nutrition.
