English: Djibouti (Oct. 23, 20050 - U.S. Navy Builder 3rd Class Fabricio Moreno's rifle, Kevlar, boots and dog tags are assembled in accordance to military tradition during a memorial ceremony held in his honor in Djibouti. Petty Officer Moreno was assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Three (NMCB-3), Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. He died on Oct. 14, 2005, due to a single vehicle accident in Manda Bay, Africa.
