English: Pensacola, Fla. (Jan. 27, 2005) - Naval Facility Regional Officer in Charge of Construction, Capt. Gerald Manley, Commanding Officer of the Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC), Capt. Lloyd Callis, Commanding Officer of the Naval Air Station Pensacola (NASP), Capt. John Pruitt, Broadmoor, LLC, John Bennett and Naval Facility Southern Division, Capt. Robert Raines, cut the ceremonial ribbon at Chevalier Hall on board Naval Air Station Pensacola, Fla. Chevalier Hall was rebuilt after being devastated with heavy damage from Hurricane Ivan in September 2004.
