English: Pacific Ocean (Jan. 19, 2005) - Airman Candice Bell, from West Forks, Maine, catalogs and inventories a palette of BLU-109, 2000-pound penetrator bombs as they enter one of USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) magazines. Bell's inventory accounts for the amount, type, and location of all weapons stored aboard Kitty Hawk. Currently under way in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility (AOR), Kitty Hawk demonstrates power projection and sea control as the U.S. Navy's only permanently forward-deployed aircraft carrier, operating from Yokosuka, Japan.
